21–23 April 2026 - ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus continues to strengthen its commitment to ensuring that teaching staff remain competent, progressive and relevant to current needs. Emphasis is placed on adopting modern teaching methods in line with digital technology developments and the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR4.0), whilst meeting Training-The-Trainer (TTT) standards in the TVET field.
Our highest congratulations are extended to En. Johari Bin Abdul Hamid, teaching staff in the Metal Arc Welding Technology field, for his outstanding success in completing all agendas of the TVET Education Paradigm Shift Course under Project 5: TVET Teaching Staff Expertise and Professionalism Development Programme and SPKM Personnel (Scope 1.2 – Teaching Staff Talent Development).
This course is part of the PPTVET Competency Course under the Training Road Map for the Vocational Training Officer (PLV) and Assistant Vocational Training Officer (PPLV) Schemes of the Federal Common-User Service, organised by the Training Unit, Management Services Division (BKP), Department of Manpower (JTM).
The course was held at The Strait Hotel & Suites (Asia Hotel), Melaka, with the participation of PLV and PPLV personnel from ADTEC JTM campuses across Malaysia.
