ADTEC JTM Tangkak Instructor Excels at TVET Madani Educators Colloquium 2025

21 October 2025 – CONGRATULATIONS!
ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus extends its highest congratulations and pride to Mr. Hj. Zamry bin Zakaria, Instructor at ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus, for his outstanding presentation at the TVET Madani Educators Colloquium 2025!

This inaugural colloquium marked the conclusion of the Twelfth Malaysia Plan (RMKe-12) and was held on 21 October 2025 at the Zenith Hotel, Putrajaya.

Organised by CIAST, the event was officiated by Ts. Zuleah binti Darsong, Director-General of the Department of Skills Development, and featured 18 selected presenters from major TVET initiatives, including:

TVET Fellowship Programme

New Emerging Technology (NET)

Industrial Attachment Training (LSI)

TVET Instructor Upskilling

Also shared were valuable insights from the Artificial Intelligence (AI) course in Japan and a benchmarking visit on teaching methodology in Finland.

This achievement demonstrates the continuous commitment of JTM educators in strengthening the TVET field through knowledge and experience sharing at the national level.

Writing Skills Enhancement

14–16 October 2025 - Congratulations to Tuan Haji Zamry Zakaria on being selected to participate in the 2025 Journal and Book Chapter Writing Course!

This prestigious course, held at Royal Park Hotel @ UNITEN, Kajang, is jointly organised by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and the Centre for Instructor and Advanced Skill Training (CIAST). It is a key initiative aimed at supporting efforts to enhance the competencies of TVET educators.

All participants are required to produce one academic journal article and one book chapter. These writings will include insights and experiences related to:

Strengthening TVET educator competencies through research activities
Industrial training
Upskilling

This initiative forms a core component of the TVET Educator and SPKM Personnel Expertise and Professionalism Development Programme, and falls under the TVET Instructor Technology Update (TITU) initiative of the 12th Malaysia Plan (RMKe-12).

May this course further strengthen Tuan Haji Zamry Zakaria's writing abilities and contribute to the production of high-quality scholarly publications!

Strengthening TVET ICT Infrasturcture | ADTEC Tangkak’s Role In The Site Visit For Network Upgrade Project (Phase 1) At ADTEC Batu Pahat

13–17 October 2025 - CONGRATULATIONS!
ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus extends its highest congratulations and commendation to our officer, Mr Abdul Halim bin Abdullah, for his active role in a key site visit in preparation for the JTM ICT infrastructure upgrade project.

Mr Abdul Halim bin Abdullah joined the JTM ICT Network and Security Talent Group alongside Mr Zakaria bin Hamzah (ADTEC JTM Selandar Campus) in the Site Visit for Phase 1 of the Network Infrastructure Upgrade and Switch Room Renovation Project at ADTEC JTM Batu Pahat Campus.

This five-day working visit aimed to ensure smooth planning and implementation of the upgrade project scheduled for 2026. The delegation’s role was critical in:

Conducting a detailed assessment of the existing network structure and equipment
Collecting key technical data to prepare accurate tender specifications
Surveying and identifying strategic locations for upgrades and new installations
Holding preliminary discussions with campus representatives on project needs and expectations

Phase 1 of the Upgrade Project is a strategic initiative by the Department of Manpower (JTM) and will involve five (5) ADTEC JTM campuses.

Our officer’s active involvement in this delegation reflects ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus's commitment to supporting JTM's efforts to enhance ICT infrastructure. It is hoped that this meticulous planning will improve network efficiency and reliability across the involved campuses and fully support JTM’s digital transformation goals.
