13 March 2026 - The Quran Culture Program continued with active participation from Polymer Technology (Plastic) course students. This program cultivates the practice of reciting the Quran and enhances understanding of its message among students, fostering a closer relationship with the holy book of Islam.

The program began with a joint Quran recitation session, allowing students to improve their recitation and appreciate the meaning of the verses. This was followed by a tadabbur session to understand the lessons contained in Surah Al-Baqarah verses 89-105. Key lessons shared included:

1. Importance of Preserving Faith and Morality
Rejecting even one aspect of the Pillars of Faith nullifies one's faith. Similarly, in morality, one should not sever ties with friends over minor mistakes or differences, as negating someone's good deeds due to a weakness is a moral flaw.

2. Dangers of Envy and Arrogance
These verses reveal the Israelites' rejection of Prophet Muhammad SAW due to envy and arrogance, despite knowing his truth from the Torah.

3. Threats of Sorcery and Sowing Discord ("Batu Api")
Sorcery is a grave sin that can destroy families. However, one must also beware of sowing discord, as this verbal evil can rapidly break brotherhood and cause harm.

4. Obligation to Fulfil Agreements
Believers are prohibited from emulating those who break promises. Agreements are a trust viewed seriously in Islam.

5. Preserving Etiquette and Choosing Words
Allah teaches Muslims to maintain etiquette in communication, prohibiting words that can be misinterpreted or lead to fitnah.

6. Absolute Obedience to Allah's Commands
As servants, when receiving Allah's call, one must listen, accept, and obey wholeheartedly.

7. Preparing for Death and Seeking Husnul-Khatimah
Long life cannot save one from Allah's punishment if they persist in wrongdoing. Muslims must prepare and pray for a good ending (husnul-khatimah).

May this program help students learn from Quranic stories and apply them in daily life.

12 March 2026 - Alhamdulillah, the Quran Khatam Ceremony and Student Iftar 2026 took place with blessings, fostering harmony and strong ukhuwah among ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus community. This program was a meaningful activity throughout the Ramadan month, aiming to enhance spiritual devotion among the institute's community.

The event was organised by the Student and Training Management Division (BPPL) in collaboration with the Student Representative Council (MPP). The ceremony was attended by the Director of ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus, Mr. Ahmad Jefri Bin Sabri, along with senior management, staff, and students who enlivened the event.

The ceremony began at 5:30 pm with the Quran Khatam Ceremony, followed by qasidah recitals that added to the serene atmosphere and appreciation for Ramadan's sanctity. The event continued with a speech by the Director, Mr. Ahmad Jefri Bin Sabri, expressing gratitude to all parties involved in the Ihya' Ramadan program.

In his speech, he urged students to make Ramadan a platform for self-improvement, discipline, and increased devotion, shaping better character. The event proceeded with the presentation of tokens and gifts to Ihya' Ramadan competition winners, recognising their commitment and participation.

Additionally, 37 Ramadan baskets were presented to selected ADTEC JTM Tangkak students, demonstrating care and solidarity within the institute. The event featured a creative video showcasing the winners' creativity in conveying positive Ramadan messages.

The attendees were further entertained by qasidah recitals before Ramadan prayers were recited as iftar approached. Guests enjoyed iftar, followed by Maghrib, Isyak, and Tarawih prayers in congregation. The event ended with gratitude and cherished memories.

May such programs continue to strengthen ukhuwah, nurture values, and enhance Ramadan appreciation among the institute's community.
