Bateriku Academy is proud to record another significant milestone through a strategic collaboration with ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus in organising the Affiliate and Hosting Programme Course.

This knowledge-sharing session was attended by a dedicated team of lecturers and final semester students from Session 2/2026. This collaborative initiative was specifically designed to equip graduates and educators with relevant digital skills, in line with current industry needs.

25 July 2026 - Promotional Programme in conjunction with the National "Tangkak Run For Peace 2026" held at SK Sawahring, Bukit Gambir.

 

The ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus Student Assembly was held and conducted by the Tangkak Campus Student Representative Committee. This assembly featured a packed and meaningful programme for all students in shaping character and personal excellence.

Session 1: Special Insight with Your Counsellor  
The first session was delivered by Ms Noorashikin binti Saari (Counsellor, ADTEC Tangkak) with the topic:  
"The Strength of IQ, EQ, and SQ in Producing Excellent Students"

In this session, students were exposed to the importance of balancing intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional management (EQ), and spiritual fortitude (SQ). These three elements are the core foundations for producing high-aspiring, competitive, and morally upright individuals.

Session 2: Address & Reminders with the Head of Department  
The assembly continued with a special speech and address from the Head of Department, Ts. Dr. Wan Muhammad Hazwan bin Wan Azammuddin.

Among the key points emphasised by him were:  
Compliance with the Student Rules Book: A friendly reminder for all students to always adhere to the guidelines and regulations set by the campus to uphold discipline and harmony.  
Road Safety: Continuous emphasis on the importance of personal safety, particularly when driving and while undertaking workshop activities.

The Johor Talent Development Council (JTDC), through the Johor Human Capital Strategic Unit, in strategic collaboration with ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus, has successfully delivered the high-impact JTDC Connect Programme.

This pioneering initiative brought together prospective graduates (final-year students) from three leading institutions:  
🎓 ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus  
🎓 Muar Community College  
🎓 Muar Vocational College  

A Strategic Platform for Career Readiness  
The JTDC Connect Programme was specifically designed as a strategic platform to prepare our young talent for entry into the world of work. The key focus of this programme included comprehensive exposure to the role of JTDC, leadership development, and the mastery of future skills.

To ensure optimal graduate readiness, participants were exposed to industry modules covering:  
🔹 Introduction & Role of JTDC  
🔹 Career Pathway (in collaboration with TalentCorp)  
🔹 Career Launch Pad (in collaboration with PERKESO)

Driving Johor’s Aspirations  
In line with the vision and aspirations of the Johor State Government, this ongoing initiative is committed to strengthening the employability rate of local graduates.
