23 April 2025 - A courtesy visit was made by Mr Ahmad Jefri bin Sabri, Director of ILP Tangkak, accompanied by Ms Shakila binti Zainal, Officer of the Career and Community Support Services Unit, and Ms Noorashikin binti Saari, Psychology Officer of ILP Tangkak, to the Muar District PERKESO Office.

The discussion session was held with Mr Mohd Saifuddin bin Mohd Nor, Manager of PERKESO Muar, to plan the upcoming My Future Job Career Carnival, scheduled to take place in June 2025 in conjunction with National TVET Month.

This strategic collaboration aims to expand social networks and institutional promotion with local agencies, elevating TVET as a preferred educational sector.

20 April 2025 - The Southern Volunteer student team from ILP Tangkak, also known as Wira KESUMA, successfully carried out a community service programme in conjunction with the Jelajah Orang Johor Tour, held at Padang Bestari, Kampung Sagil.

The volunteer team, consisting of 22 first-semester students, was led by Ms Noorashikin, the Psychology Officer at ILP Tangkak. The objective of the programme was to engage with and support the local community, thereby encouraging communication, fostering humanitarian values, and promoting ILP Tangkak among the local residents and agencies.

The Jelajah Orang Johor Programme was officiated by The Honourable Mr Sahrihan bin Jani (State Assemblyman for Gambir).
