ILP Tangkak, Human Resource Department (HRD), Human Resource Ministry will be organizing several free skill courses in conjunction with the National Training Week (NTW) 2024 to all who are interested.
Listed below are some of the courses offered:
The courses conducted are FREE and participants will be awarded a certificate/E-certificate of participation upon completion of attendance and course effectiveness questionnaire forms. Participants can register online at https://www.nationaltrainingweek.gov.my
Registration guidelines are as follows:
1 – 15 June 2024 – ILP Tangkak Mechatronics Technology Workshop conducted a course on Industrial Automation System Calibration at MPS Laboratory, ILP Tangkak. Special thanks to Encik Al-Hazari bin Jamal and Tuan Hj. Zamry bin Zakaria as facilitators who were responsible in making the course a success.
18 employees from ST Microelectronics Sdn. Bhd. attended the course as an exposure to the method of performing calibration on automation system control device.
The 5-day short course enabled participants to be exposed to the connection of proximity sensor to the relay and timer, execute the installation of Modular Production System sorting station as well as determining the control components and sensor to MPS machines and use PLC software and applications to allow the work to be isolated and controlled by PLC.
It is hoped that the knowledge gained from the course can be used and then be able to develop existing skills in the workplace.
10 – 11 June 2024 – ILP Tangkak Mechatronics Technology Workshop conducted the course under the field of Smart System Integration Specialist, New Emerging Technology (NET 2.0) to 10 participants from various public TVET agencies.
The course which was conducted at Lean Digital Laboratory and MPS, Mechatronics Technology Workshop enabled participants to learn how to use digital technology to increase efficiency and productivity in industrial operational processes through real-time monitoring automation, cycle time of each product production process and integration system.
It is hoped that this course can improve participants’ knowledge and proficiency in this field and make it shareable to other TVET students when participants return to their respective institutions.
